Return Policy

Made To Order

Every print sold through Collectors Concept is printed, mounted, and framed specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing studio@collectorsconcept.co. After that window, your piece has entered production and we're no longer able to make adjustments.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your print arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged piece
  • Photos of the outer packaging/box it arrived in
  • Your order number

We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost once we've reviewed the photos.

Lost Shipments

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, email us and we'll help track it down with the carrier.
