These Terms of Service govern your use of collectorsconcept.co (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Orders

All prints are made to order. Product descriptions, sizing, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of listing but may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout system; we do not store your payment card details.

3. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, our Return Policy governs cancellations, returns, and damage claims, and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, and site content are the property of Collectors Concept or the photographers we work with, and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction right, or license to reproduce, sell, or otherwise use the underlying image.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it through automated means, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collectors Concept is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
